LINEN

It is a yarn that comes from a fiber contained in the flax plant “Linum usitatissium”, which is a wild Mediterranean plant that today is cultivated in a variety of fibers and seeds.
Once the valuable fibers are separated from the flax tow, they are combed and aligned in the same direction so as to spin the yarn. The application of the newest ennoblement techniques produce rustic linen, which is always “fresh” thanks to its heat conducting, robust and smooth properties.
The most prestigious fiber is silver-white, shiny, silk, strong and soft.
